The strategies that I like in the video are:

  • Put math in context, use real life examples, say relate them to different careers
  • Projects: say applying skills to design buildings, so that students can reinforce concepts from time to time without being bored, and also it will relate to real life too so that students can make sense of their math skills and their life
  • Coach: students will concentrate and guide their partner as a coach
